Programma sintetico del corso:
The course aims to contribute to the general goals of the degree program in Civil Engineering. In particular, the course aims to provide the student with skills about: (1) design of complex systems of hydraulic structures; (2) risk assessment; (3) design and management of hydraulic structures.
On successful completion of this course, the student will (1) be able to elaborate solutions to complex engineering problems, (2) be able to design large hydraulic structures; (3) be able to perform flooding risk assessment; (4) be able to decide when called to manage the deployment of hydraulic structures.
