Ricercatore Confermato presso L’Università degli Studi Dell’Aquila nel Settore ICAR09 ‘Tecnica delle Costruzioni’, i temi di ricerca di cui si occupa attengono essenzialmente alla valutazione e miglioramento della sicurezza sismica di strutture in c.a. e muratura.
Dall’anno accademico 2003/2004 è docente incaricato del corso di Costruzioni in Muratura presso la Facoltà di Ingegneria dell’Aquila; svolge continuativamente dall’anno accademico 2003/2004 attività didattica in aula per il corso di Tecnica delle Costruzioni.
E’ membro del Comitato Scientifico del Master in Ingegneria Antisismica (MIA) dell’Università degli Studi dell’Aquila.
E’ docente nel Master in Ingegneria Antisismica di secondo livello per i moduli didattici delle strutture in calcestruzzo armato, muratura ed edifici esistenti nell’anno accademico 2007/2008.
E’ docente nel Master in Ingegneria Antisismica (MIA) dell’Università degli studi dell’Aquila per i moduli didattici delle strutture in muratura negli anni accademici 2010/2011 e 2011/2012.
E’ relatore di numerose tesi di laurea in Ingegneria Civile e Ambientale.
