Curriculum scientifico

Pasquale Palumbo was born in Pescara, Italy, 1970. He received the Laurea Degree (cum laude) in 1995 and the Ph.D. in 2000 both in Electrical Engineering from the University of L'Aquila. In 2000 he joined the Institute of Systems Analysis and Computer Science ''A. Ruberti'' of the Italian National Research Council (CNR) in Rome, where he is currently a Researcher. Since 2000 he is a Visiting Professor at the University of L'Aquila, teaching courses in Probability, Statistics, Automatic Control, System Theory and Systems Biology. He is author/coauthor of more than 70 peer-review papers on both methodological and applicative topics on filtering of nonlinear and/or non-Gaussian systems, analysis and control of flexible systems, time-delay systems, mathematical models in biology and medicine. Current research interests are mainly devoted to "Glucose control" and "Systems Biology". Pasquale Palumbo is member of the Italian Society of Professor and Researchers in Automatic Controls (SIDRA)
